Course overview

The workshop is based on participants running a simulated project from the "cradle to the grave". They will make decisions that have a direct impact on their core team, their managers and other stakeholders. Their decisions will also affect the time, budget and quality of the completed project. The lessons learned in this simulated environment are powerful as the program material is based on extensive research and practical experience. Participants finish the program with workable skills and project solutions that can be effectively implemented back
into the work place.
